Ingredients

1 rack Hannan extra meaty ribs
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig thyme
1 clove of garlic (left whole)

BBQ glaze

2 tbsp golden syrup
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp soft brown sugar

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200ºc. Place the ribs in a deep pot, add the garlic, rosemary and thyme and cover with boiling water, boil for about 20mins then drain and discard the water and herbs.
  2. Next make the BBQ glaze, place all the ingredients for the glaze into a small pot and simmer for 3 mins.
  3. Put the ribs on a baking tray and pour the glaze over the ribs. 4. Bake for about 20 mins until the pork is cooked through and tender. 5. Serve with some sliced fresh oranges and salad.
